Derry Hawks Soccer Registration
The Derry Hawks program offers your child the opportunity to learn the game of soccer in a recreational environment. The program is organized into five divisions based on age group: U6, U8, U10, U12, U14 and U16. There are multiple teams within each age group and all are co-ed.

Registration Deadlines & Fees
Early registration for the Derry Hawks 2008/2009 (Spring and Fall) in-town soccer program will be $70 for those registering prior to June 30, 2008. Hawks shirts can be ordered for an additional $25 as part of the registration. Registrations received between July 1 through August 17 will be $75, and those received after August 17 will be $85. Registrations received after September 5 will be considered for acceptance only under special circumstances.
Note: Players who registered for Derry Eagles tryouts and were not selected for a team, will have that initial registration transferred if they are interested in playing with the Hawks program.
Mail-in Registration
For those wishing to complete a mail-in registration the Derry Hawks program, please add an additional $5 to the fees listed above ($75, $80, and $90). This fee covers the additional cost of manually processing mail-in registrations. You must download and complete this form and mail it along with your payment by the above deadlines to:
