SNHRec League

The SNHRec League provides a program similar to a competitive travel league, but maintains a recreational spirit and limited commitment from families. Players from Derry and participating towns in the surrounding area compete against one another in both the spring and fall seasons. Please contact your local program registrar for more details on how to become a part of our SNHRec League!

SNHRec Age Groups

U10

Games are run by a single referee, but ARs may be added as a training opportunity for new referees. Games are played in two 25-minute halves. Format is 7v7 (may play 5v5) with goalies. Opposing players clear to build out line for goal kicks. No offsides. All other rules apply. Scores are reported by coaches. Referees are responsible for reporting any send-offs (red cards). Size 4 ball.

U12

U12 introduces 2 ARs to accompany the center referee. Games are played in two 30-minute halves. Format is 9v9 (may play 7v7) with goalies. Offsides will be called and all other rules apply. Scores are reported by coaches. Referees are responsible for reporting any send-offs (red cards). Size 4 ball.

U15 & U18

U15 & U18 continue with a center referee and 2 ARs. Games are played in two 45-minute halves. Format is 11v11 (may play 9v9) with goalies. All rules of the game apply. Scores are reported by coaches. Referees are responsible for reporting any cautions (yellow cards) or send-offs (red cards), as these age groups are more physical in nature of play. Size 5 ball.

Coach/Director Resources

Score reporting is primarily the responsibility of the Home team, but either team may input scores following a game. Please use the button below to access the PhoneItIn system for score reporting. You will need the game number from the schedule, as well as the current PIN in order to enter game scores. Please contact the Director for your town if you need the updated PIN.

Score Reporting

The Intertown League follows a set of guidelines that have been developed collaboratively with input from all associated towns. These guidelines are continuously evolving, so please be sure to review for changes before entering into a new season or as instructed by your town's Director in the event of a mid-season update. Intertown Reference Guide

Player safety is the number one priority of Directors and coaches in the Intertown League. As such, please refer to the below link to access guidelines for managing return to activities following a concussion. The 6-step return to play progression should be followed before allowing a recently concussed player to return to gameplay.

Post-Concussion Protocol
